Instructions to print the newsletter donation form.

1. Be sure your printer is turned on.
2. Click on the image of the printer to the right.
3. The donation form will appear.
4. Click on the words Donation Form that appear
    in red at the top of the form.

The donation form will then be printed by your printer.
